        great local establishment
        They fixed our equipment right the first time in a timely manner and have all the supplies we need. This is our "go to" shop.

        Very bad place. The shop guy, Curtis, told me that they work on Stihl stuff but they don't really know what they are doing. HUH???? Why would they do that?

        He said that the owner, a guy named Craig, makes them. Said that they needed to money. Totally sucks that they will take your money and do bad work. NO Thank You.

        Thank you Scott for the review, even though it was not positive. Like any small business, we are always trying to improve our service, and we take customer complaints seriously. We typically decline to work on stihl products since we are not a stihl dealer. It’s kind of like taking your Chevy truck to the Ford dealer for service. However, because our customers appreciate our excellent service we are often asked to work on their stihl equipment. We will accept stihl equipment on a case by case basis, but in each instance we are careful to explain any potential limitations. I’m not sure from your review if we did actually take in your equipment for repair, but if we did, and you were not happy with the results, we will definitely work with you to make it right.

        Not good place to do buisiness

        Bad place of buisiness. Owner used profane language with me when I tried to return substandard climbing equipment. He continued to berate me and was rude and dissrespectfull towards me. He is a rude and abusive verbal towards me.
