Print 4Mat

there isn't any other place in Reno that gives you great quality work for the prices they do. I'm impressed. they have a huge printer to. I've never seen one that size before. great work.

just had the back window of our truck done and it looks pretty good. we got a few quotes and went with print 4mat after hearing many good things about them from several people. the price is unbelievably reasonable. i would say if you go anywhere else you are overpaying. these guys make promoting our business affordable and the quality is perfect.

Got our signs , stickers, and banners today. They do really good work and the pricing is great. My clients were very pleased with the quality. We will be doing alot more with them now that we found a local source for printing :)

Worst business in Reno. Lelo Webb will screw you out of money and time. She runs an unfair business practice and sends most of the jobs out of her store to other cheaper locations around Reno and the Bay Area to vegas ships your work to them an then shipped back to her to tell you she did all the work. She sends it all to advantage print/ Reno print store Nd others beware try to order without paying till you see your work ha ha.. Stay away from her also lowest price print you can go to these places on your own and get it cheaper than Lelo cause she will add more money to it... SCAM ARTIST!!!

I would not recommend this place for your print needs.



After reading the reviews it is enough to not make you want to do business with a company who 1st make you pay full price when there's no guarantee that the job will be done, and if they do not make good on their behalf on the delivery you will not be refunded.



Now, what makes these people think that they can take your credit card information, address, and zip code and be trusted with it? Charge it, not deliver the product, then when confronted, get mad, bully the whole sell and expect you to disappear while saying "we do not give refunds" but we will give you a credit. At that point after waiting for so long "why would you want them do anything else for you?"



Citizens of Reno, NV "please re-think your choices" because this business could be doing fraud and probably will be turned over to Federal Authorities for a criminal investigation. The people they have done things to are not posting here. Even their inside workers know the things the owner do but have to side with her to keep their jobs.



Please be careful with the owner Lela. Very strange character. Evil and heartless for the business he's in.



DO NOT PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND IF YOU PAY WITH CASH, "MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN RECEIPT. THEY ARE GOING UNDER PRINT DOCTORS WHEN SWIPING YOUR CREDIT CARD TO CONFUSE THE SALE AND YOUR STATEMENTS. IF THEY GIVE YOU A REFUND YOU WILL NOT GET A RECEIPT.

I was a customer just like anyone else who respectfully went through the procedures of making an order with a promise time and asked to pay up front. I called in to ask about my order after waiting a week and kept getting excuses. I am a designer for a men's clothing line and have missed my deadline to meet with possible investors due to my tags to insert in the garments presented not being ready. I first asked to speak to the owner then an employee James refused and I then asked for a refund, he said "Read our policy statement" But Print4mat did not deliver nor were they going to take the responsibility for the time mix up. The excuse given was that "they had other obligations" as if my project was not a priority.



James was very rude, he held the phone up all day to keep me from speaking to the owner. Coming from the Atlanta area, I thought I had found a local spot in Reno that could be my print shop for everything I need but to be treated the way I was treated was ridiculous. So I won't be back and for the most part this shop is based on favoritism and how big the clients are in value.



Being that I am in the Music Industry as well; "I took local artists in Reno word on this short due to being hesitant due to past small business and how they operate and dont meet obligations or have the courtesy to call when there is a problem." This is exactly what I was afraid of and exactly what Print4mat has done.



The proper thing to do was to have the owner call me to settle this, "but she refused to get on the phone and acted as if she was busy taking on another customer and this was all day!!! April 22, 2014 from 10:35 am when I called to closing." I felt that they had taken my money and run and that I did not matter. It is not proper to take on orders giving promised dates and cannot meet the obligation of the client (just to make a sale)



Looks like Kenny Flores is the only one in that place that has sense! He was the nicest and was very professional which sold me. The owner, she sets up front all day and screams across at the crew and put them up to do her dirty work.





(1) Was told my order would be done in 3 days

(2) I check back 5 days... still not ready

(3) Check a week, then I get an excuse that he splattered ink all over the project "which was not my fault"

(4) I tell him I had a deadline, he basically says "he don't care and he's giving me my order on Friday and could not give me a time as if (MY SCHEDULE AND LIFE DOES NOT MATTER)



James is not the owner, he had no need to talk to me about nothing but run my project. This is ridiculous and I don't care how well Print4mat print things... I would not recommend this place simply because they are rude and their attitudes stink like road kill and upon my strongest belief as a person and race that has already been discriminated against as they are Latin... They've don't it to me as an African American Business Owner... Probably would have been different if I was white and rich and raising all kinds of hell; they'd do a double immediately...
