I worked with Kyle via Email and phone throughout most of the process. Finally me face to face when my wife and I signed the paperwork on our new 2014 Maverick Xrs. The entire process was made simple and easy by Kyle. After signing, the parts dept. was helpful and knowledgeable with the accessories the we bought also. I want to say that your dealership is great, I drove 4 1/2 hours to buy 2 atvs that I had found online. Chris worked the deal over the phone, once I got there he had the paperwork ready, and the at was just as it was described on the website. The parts team went out of there way to fix a gun mount for a Can Am outlander at, they just would not give up. I will always be a customer at Richardson Powersports and have told several people how I was treated and recommended the dealership. Keep up the good work!!!!
