        I ordered a Christmas center piece it was wrong no flowers had to take it back to be done right will longer use them again

        I live in CA but grew in Richmond and for years have called "Flowers by Carla" to send flowers to my mom and my sister and her family. They have gone out of their to help me get beautiful arrangements to my family on time. Everyone been pleased with what they have received.
