I recently worked with Tom Seal in the matter of settling an estate. (My client was an out of State representative) He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very accessible.--.even returned calls on the weekend! I would definitely recommend Mr. Seal to anyone. I've been selling real estate in Richmond Indiana for 25 years, so I've had interaction with MANY attorneys. Richmond is blessed with better than average attorneys... and Tom Seal is one of them!

I made an app't with Mr Seal (my Dad's atty??) to go over paperwork that I needed to sign due to a Trust my Dad was setting up . App't wouldn't have been necessary had my sister told me about the initial visit. I had asked Mr Seal if he was working for my Dad or for my Sister. He stated he was working for my Dad, yet right after I made the app't Mr Seal called my SISTER (not me or my Dad) to let HER know that if I met with him it would cost $200. My Dad & I went to the app't where I was met by a very rude paralegal (S McClure) who made corrections to several typos she had made on my papers. Then as I was getting ready to go into Mr Seal's office he begins yelling at me stating he "saw no reason for this meeting, my Dad was giving me a gift and I was being VERY ungrateful." Yes, seriously! After a 15 min meeting the two errors I had found were verified with my Dad (who stated he had told atty the right info but atty had put it down wrong on paper). So I ended up paying this shister $50 to make corrections to two things HE had screwed up because he didn't put it down the way my Dad wanted. This IDIOT should be DISBARRD IMMEDIATELY!!!!
