Had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment to update roseaca creams. 2-3 hr wait when I arrived for my appointment. Most waiting were elderly and or with other significant health issues. Waited almost an hour before I was called to the "window" to be checked in. Staff demanded payment of balance not paid by insurance. Offered my discover card which they would not take. Told me to 1) write a check (didn't have any with me) 2) pay cash (did not have that much on me) or 3) leave right then and go to the bank to get the money (apparently there was enough time to do that and return before my appointment which was going to be at least another hour). All, in front of an office full of patients. While Dr Knuckles seemed capable at my first appointment (for which I waited an hour or more), I was rushed in and out in less than 10 min,with no effort to be sure I understood everything I was being told. I will not return.

I've went to Dr. knuckles once and I don't know if I would be back. The visit itself wasn't terrible it was the payment options that I had a problem with. My insurance doesn't have a copay instead they bill the insurance and I as the insurance holder pays what insurance doesn't cover. Their office wouldn't accept that and required that the total for the visit be paid for that day regardless of what my insurance said. When I went to pay I choose to write a check and once again I was denied simply because my check number wasn't high enough not that I didn't have the money my debit card ran no problem. Apparently they have a policy that you can't pay with a check unless your check number is above a certain number. When the office finally sent my claim thru to the insurance I ended up with over 1/2 of the bill reimbursed to me with a check from the doctors office. In the end I received my money back but it was such a hassle that I don't know if I would ever go to that office again.

I went with my daughter and there was a balance pending with the insurance. They wanted payment for that and the other office visit upfront. I offered to make a payment and they would not accept it. I even asked if they would refill her prescription and they refused. My daughter was upset because she was out and worried about her acne getting worse. Rude and uncaring. Stay away from this doctor.

Inflated billing practices and aggressive billing tactics for any balance owed after insurance pays. ZERO option for a payment plan. Bills for "multiple procedures" if removing more than one mole per appointment. Long wait times in the office, I was seen 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time and then rushed back out once I was finally taken back.

While its true Dr. Melissa Knuckles can take a bit... She is an awesome doctor. She cares for her patients each one with thoroughness and is extremely professional. The wait is worth it. I have found her staff very helpful and efficient.

I had a horrible experience at dr. Knuckles office. I waited almost 2 hrs and when I told her about it she went off on me and would not treat me. She was very unprofessional and did not have manners at all. Very dissapointed!!!

I had a bad experience at Dr.Knckles office, it was my first time there I waited over two hours in the lobby and then another hour in the back befor Doc.ever got back to me. I would suggest that they not book so many apointments so close together....Also there are like six people working in the front office not one of them could tell me what was taking so long. One older women who worked there got smart with me and was very....very...very RUDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happen to friendly people???????????????????
