Today I bought a scratch off ticket, all the numbers to win was in the square for a bingo. But the machine and owner at the store where I purchased the ticket says it wasn't a winner. Myself and other people have checked the numbers and they are all in the right place to be a winner. This mishaps will cause people to wonder if they are being cheated. I will be in the office tomorrow for you to explain this situation. The public I feel may need to know this is buy one or two tickets a day since the bingo cards has been put in stores
