        I'm new to guitars, hell, music. I wanted to try to learn the guitar and Guitar Works was highly recommended by many area musicians I know. The employee at this store was excited to help me get started. He practically gave me a first lesson and told me where to find learn more. He told me what to expect and problems I would encounter. I've been practicing for a month, still suck, but I will always return to Guitar Works.

        I agree...Ryan is an extremely rude and condescending person. I have bought many guitars from guitar works throughout the years. I will not go back there as long as he is working there.
