Oakridge Hollow Apartments--Ridge, NY--run by this Pinewood Development Corp. Do not rent at this complex. They promise everything and deliver on nothing. Worst Management/Maintenance company ever !! It looks like a great place....it is not. Do not be fooled by the counter tops and wood floors. You will regret moving into this complex. My story is long and ugly and i am currently in dispute with them for the full return of my security deposit. Suffice to say...i have never had an issue with any landlord before....this place is horrible. Stay Away !!
