        Overall

        So far I have had a very positive experience with them. The first competitor kept my computer on a shelf and moved it an inch in 8 days. I finally when down and explained that God had created the Heavens and the Earth in 7 days, and I expected more progress. I retrieved my computer, took it to this place, and 50 minutes later they called to say that it had been repaired. A bit expensive, but if you need it now and done right--well, I was impressed!

        Overall

        Took 3 days instead of 1 like they said. Charged a lot of money to do the wrong thing. My computer was snail slow when I got it back. Also...their customer service rep was bordering on rude. Won't be going back.
