        I put my laptop on a chair when I went to check out of the hotel. I then left leaving the laptop behind. I called the hotel and they recommended to contact Jim at this UPS Store. I can not say enough about the professionalism and promptness. I called the UPS Store when I got home on Tuesday. Jim went and picked up my laptop at the hotel. The laptop was mailed out on Wednesday, and here it is Thursday and I am writing this review on my laptop. Thank you so much. It's nice knowing that if I happen to forget something again. (and that will probably happen) I will have it returned safe and sound thanks to Jim and this UPS Store.
