Southern Bulk Haulers is operated by Southern Tank Transport, which was founded in 1994 as a house carrier for Blue Circle Cement. The company employs more than 300 people and operates a fleet of over 250 tractors. Southern Tank Transport serves in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia and Texas.
