I received the worse customer service from this location on February 11, 2012. I ordered from one of their swing managers who was working on the register at 11:06 AM. I ordered a shake, a regular McBites, and a Medium fries. I said my order loud enough that the people behind me in line heard what I asked for. Well when my order was up I got the shake and the McBites but no Medium fries. I asked her about it and she flat out denied ever hearing me telling her about the Medium fries and was unwilling to fix the problem. I was so angry and took my order and left the restaurant and went straight home and reported the problem to the site that was on receipt. They never responded. So I had to report the problem to their corporate website and was answered right away. I learned to always report the problem to the corporate website first. Watch out for that swing manager at this restaurant she may do the same to you.
