        I brought in my 2001 Suburban at 2pm on Monday and received an estimated 2 or 3 day turnaround date. On Tuesday morning, at about 10:30 am, I received a call informing me the Suburban was ready.

        The owner did indicate that some times parts were readily available and that might provide a sooner than forecasted turnaround. I am glad to see the owner knew exactly what he was talking about.
