Owner sent me hateful private message in regards to a situation, in which he was not present during the time of incident

I'd give it a negative rating if I could. My husband bought me a gift certificate for our anniversary. When I used it, the lady didn't speak English. My pedicure was awful and only lasted just shy of 20 minutes. She cut me in 2 places, my nails are crooked and the next day 4 of my toes started to swell and became inflamed. I dont think complaining would do any good and I wouldn't go back, I'd only want a refund. This place was terrible! !

First I want to see how slow everyone is in the salon, they cannot do nails and they are overpriced. I paid $67 for a pedi/gel mani,it wouldn't have been a big deal if they could do nails I asked her if she can they do round she said yes and did square with the worst round version I ever saw!!!

I've been going to this business for the last 5 months the girl who started doing my nails was great and I really appreciate that she did a good job and she had a great communication and customer service but everything changed after she left, the other day I sat for 45 minutes and no one even care about doing my nails the rudest part is that they speak their native language well if you are in the United States and you're dealing with American customers you need to speak English. You need to update the people there are waiting how much longer they have to wait and also you need to show a smile. For you Anthony who is the business owner your reviews at the other website don't even matter to me why because the customers always have to reason if you don't care and all you care is about cursing to customers.... I'm telling you something, I don't care if you been doing this for 20 years of your business one day we'll go down. About 2 weeks ago on a Sunday I saw the cops standing in front of a business apparently something serious happened people were standing outside looking inside. I wonder is it the right place to go and relax and do your nails? let me tell you people don't spend your money there its a waste don't even go there no more. -100

This is the worsted nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is always grumpy for starters. The job is always rushed and sloppy, had the worsted experience with worker named Lena. In the past week I've been to this salon three times fr a simple mani/pedi, each time i went was after my work hours, although i had to wait to be attended to, they were never able to complete both requests on same day as they were rushing to close. I said ok its Friday so ill come back to complete my pedicure another day. This was the first trip with a rushed manicure , i returned a few days later fr my pedicure which was done and requested a change of color for my fingers since my toe was now done in a completely different color. Lena painted over the dark color gellnail with the pink color selected and advised that her friends were rushing her and would lleave here. She told me to come back again and she would redo for free. As much as i hate the thought of having to take time out my schedule a third time to come back, i said ok. Well today i went again 2 days later and was charged for a manicure although i was advised i would not have pay, she went back on her wrd. This is the last time i use this salon n would never recommend this place. I recently moved to Riverview from town and country, n i will prefer to spend $ going back to my original salon way across town as unfortunately u only find friendly staff that knows how to do a perfect job each and every time. Never rushing, they take their time and get the job done the FIRST time. Star nails salon for anyone interested in that area. For this salon pink and white nail spa, dnt waste your time and $, n if u do choose to try this place i advise to NOT use Lena as your nail tech. Shes absolutely the worsted!

Made an appointment with the owner, got to salon 5 minutes before appointment, was told she just took another client 5 minutes ago and it would be a 45 min wait.



Told them that was wrong and walked out, they did not care one bit that they were losing business.



Would not recommend this shop, they have a very bad attitude towards customer service.

I noticed a week after getting my nails done the girl gave herself a $12 tip instead of the $6 I wrote down. If it weren't for online banking I never would've known.
