        Overall

        Benefit Plan Administrators took our money and did not provide the services that we signed up for. We contacted them to resolve the issue and were ignored. We are out hundreds of $ because of this company. We had no health insurance cards or numbers at the "time of coverage" and had to purchase all of our medical services out of pocket. If you work for Benefit Plan Administrators I would like to speak to you about our missing funds.
