        I operate on a small scale. I accept only a FEW of the projects I SEE in ANY given time period. I AM involved daily in ANY project I accept. Typically I will send update emails every DAY to every three days. I hire only licensed and insured SUB contractors to perform tasks for which I AM NOT licensed.
