        Steer clear of this repair facility that replaced a radiator a week ago on my mother's vehicle after it was towed there because it broke down. She provided her own parts, a brand new radiator and a brand new hose from Advanced Auto Parts in Rochester. She chose to get the parts herself because she is on a fixed income and didn't want to pay extra for them at his shop. The vehicle broke down again today one week after the replacement, again a Radiator issue. Doug refused to tow it at his expense back to his shop for repair because she brought her own parts. It would be my advice to look elsewhere for your car repairs as not only does he not guarantee his work which is more likely what is at fault and not the new parts, he made the decision to not do the right thing and instead left an elderly woman to either pay for her tow, which he does for a living or remain broken down on the side of the road with her dog midday in the heat of Summer. Just not good business nor customer service.
