Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning

Just had Isaac install a new furnace for me. The salesman was very nice, not pushy, and gave me a lot more information than the other two companies that I got quotes from. The install guy was very nice, friendly, and happily answered all of my questions. He was very patient and explained everything that he was doing and why. He was very neat and careful of my home, and cleaned up after himself well. I've always had good experiences with the Isaac service people, which was one of the reasons I went with Isaac when I needed a new furnace.

One of the guys is here at my home now doing and inspection and cleaning on my furnace and I would not call them back again! He is rude in the nicest way possible. have you ever had someone be rude to you in the nice tone of voice ... well that is this guy. WhenI went to the basement to watch what he was doing he basically told me I didn't need to concern myself with his job! I also had some questions about how the system is working and he did explain things to me but I got the feeling that he was just saying what he though I wanted to hear and not giveing me completely accurate info. This is the first time I have had any experience with these guys and I will not ever call them again.
