I've been going to this smoke shop since it opened. It's a small place but with a vast selection in every area. Great prices relative to other stores where cigarettes and smoking apparatuses can be found. I think part of what keeps me coming back though has got to be their main employee Amanda. She's always a complete delight. Real, knowledgeable, driven, helpful, etc etc. No "commercial talk" BS. I like going somewhere where those who work there don't have to put on an act to get through the day and where people aren't miserable. She appears to be well taken care of for such a business and for being such a young woman. And, I really think these sort of things matter in this economy and helping customers feel better about their day for having gone there. Anyone giving this particular shop a few minutes will notice much of what I do when I go twice a week.

I never leave review but in this case I feel compelled to leave one. I was so excited to learn that a smoke shop close to my home had ecig products. I bought a battery and two tanks. Two weeks later the battery is dead and one of the tanks doesn't even work. I went back to day to see if I could get a replacement and was told I misused the battery and that the tank is just a bad product. No offer to replace and I left feeling like I was a child getting reprimanded. I thought the customer was right? It seems to me (but remember Im incompetent) it would have been easier to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and keep my loyalty. Then to make me leave and come home and write a bad review. In this day and age word of mouth goes far and I will be using it to tell others to stay away.
