Color Me Mine

We wanted to try the service. Since they had Halloween special to waive studio fee [$10 for kid 12 and under, and $12 for others] on that day if wearing costumes. So I bought my 8 year old there in the afternoon on Halloween. There were 2 staffs. I believe one was a supervisor and the other was an assistance. The supervisor was in general not friendly, sometimes rude. She was not happy to learn that we were first timers and had to show us how to start. The assistance was not helpful, always busy attending her cell phone. Products are from $10-$40 a piece, plus $10 studio fee per person. Each person will easily spend $30-$40 [the $10 selections are tedious] We had a $5 off coupon printed from their web site; however, they refused to take it because they had the Halloween special on that day!! The place was neat, and well set up. That's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. We will not go back to that place. We may try other locations.
