A noisy and unsecured apartment. I have lived their for a year and I noticed that the management is so untrustworthy. You will only get a "yes" answer from them when you call with a question. But they do nothing to resolve problems, including maintenance.

Its a subsidized apartment, so expect frequent calls from management about your income.

I will tell you one unprofessional response I got from the management.

I went to the office to complain about the noise coming from upstairs.

The so called manager said "why don't you write a complaint letter to the occupants about the noise they are making"

Things like that never leaves my memory.

I recommend people to look for other places that are still government subsidized in that area.
