Beautiful private studio, I came to Brenda on a referral from my Chiropractor and am very pleased with her knowledge of the body and Pilates. Brenda approaches it uniquely by focusing deeper on the proper body mechanics ensuring correct firing patterns of the muscles so that the most efficient movement is achieved. She doesn't just teach exercises but has a clear understanding of their purpose. I came for buldging discs in my back but now I am a lifetime client.
