Midpoint Chevrolet Buick GMC

We were misled in regards to electronic features our car had. We bought the car and tried to get our on screen GPS mapping system we were told it had.....Onstar tells us we don't even have the equipment capable of doing so. Being my wife's first car purchase alone, she didn't think to ask go over the car fax report, as the salesman didn't even offer, just told her that "Everybody gets that" and brushed it aside like it was unimportant within the stack of 15-20+ pages of documents, then we find out our vehicle was a rental car and were not even close to being told that on the lot (we know that was on us for not asking, but a professional that was "Honest" would have gone over the report) and while we were purchasing the car, the manager even came out to give us the same old "the last owners were my friends" sales pitch and he knew the car was "Great", but even he didn't bother to mention it was a rental. I spoke with a very unprofessional sales manager within 2 days of finding out the car wasn't what we were told, and was told he would look into the situation, and he basically couldn't have cared less as he never even tried to call us back with any remedy (now 1 month later). We would NEVER recommend this extremely shady and unprofessional business to anyone based on our experience with them. We tried to remedy the situation, but were told we should be happy that it was a rental car because the oil was changed regularly "By the unprofessional sales manager who couldn't pick up a phone to call us back". Like the old saying, "we let them pull one over on us" and signed the papers, but getting your customer in a legal contract doesn't mean you did it ethically! We will NEVER buy from Midpoint Chevy in Rocky Mount again, nor will we ever recommend them! This was the most unprofessional and unethical experience we have ever had!
