Overall

I was a patient here for over ...

I was a patient here for over 20 years and when I called the other day to make an appointment, they said since I was a new patient, I said what, I have been going here for over 20 years and apparently they lost my file and there was nothing in the computer for me. How can you lose a 20 year faithful patient. I was really mad and the receptionist did nothing to make me feel better. I have sent my 2 children there and 3 of my grandchildren, but now all of us will be looking for a different doctor

Dr. Kenneth Giusto attended Kent State University to study pre-medicine. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry where he was admitted as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric Honor Society. Laser Eye Surgery
