        I don't know if it's the language barrier or just indifference but 2 out of 5 morning a week I have to throw out and extra large coffee with cream only because there is enough sugar in it to make a goat puke. I stopped ordering the big and toasty sandwich because half the time it's cold in the center. What happened to quality control?
