Jimmy John's

Just ordered a tuna sandwich on the artisan bread and it was outstanding. Also ordered a ham/cheese sub and it was a joke. Has one piece of ham folded over and one piece of cheese--was told this was preportioned, however, it did not look anything like the menu item online. Management was very abrupt and unsympathetic. Nothing like the great Jimmy John's in Addison. Will take our business to Addison and forget Roselle. You lost a new customer, and obviously, you could care less. Way to go, JJ.
