        They were great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them to clean the carpets again.

        They did a very thorough job! We had the carpets pretreated and then steam cleaned. They were late for our appointment, but it was well worth the wait. They did call to tell us they were running behind. I will definitely use them again.
