I hate hunting for a new car but we did end up having to look for a car and John L Sullivan was actually not to bad. Decent price on car. Few lies from the salesman.

Bought a car here. The experience with the salesman was awful, however the service manager Penny is amazing! She is a honest woman with integrity and exceptional customer service and the only reason we decided to stick with the purchase and come back for maintenance

My dad and brother have owned Chevy's there who life, but the have found the best selection and service at John L Sullivan.

This is for service only. It was fast and thorough. Shuttle service is great. For a dealership I felt they were honest and not price gauging.

Went here to look at a suburban. Not to buy, just to look because I'm in fact finding mode. Salesman showed me what I wanted to see and didn't try to sell at all. Very nice.

I love my suburban so when I have to take it to the dealership I like to know there taking care of it. They give me a suburban to take while mine is in the shop. Great service

I have bought 3 cars from John L Sullivan with incredible service. That's why they were my first choice when going to buy my 4th car. I have been incredibly shocked and disappointed with the service we have received this time around. Our car has had nothing but issues since we left the lot and the sales department has been anything but helpful. At one point, they agreed to take the car back, but when we went in to discuss it with them, it turned out it was just one of their games and they told us we'd have to pay THEM $1500 to take it back. Before this turn of events, we were willing and ready to return the car and buy a BRAND NEW one from them instead and they knew that. When we didn't buy into their games and weren't willing to pay them, we were dismissed and pretty much told it is what it is. They obviously have no sense or care for future business. I will NEVER buy another car from John L Sullivan. Their sales department's customer service stops as soon as you sign that paperwork.
Ashley in the service department is the ONLY person who's been remotely helpful, and a big thank you to her for that.
Unfortunately that's not enough for me to stay and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Bought my first car here and it was a great experience. Greg Dyson was very helpful, as was his whole team. Everyone from the Finance Dept. to the Service Dept. was awesome. Steve in the Finance Dept. answered all my questions and made sure I walked away knowing what my rates and future payments would be. I would recommend anyone to come here, and they've made a lifetime customer with me.

I have been a loyal customer of John L Sullivan for years and still keep coming back. The reason. Excellent customer service! This time around I purchased a 2012 Malibu and Byron made the whole experience effortless and smooth. Going to a car dealership is like going to the DMV, you go there expecting wait and wait and wait for the entire process he got me in and out quick. Granted I knew what I wanted since this was my 3rd Malibu but it was fast. Byron is the man to see! Keep up the great work.

Byron and crew made my shopping experience a pleasant, easy-going one. Luckily, most of my shopping and paperwork was done ahead of time online and completed and processed by Byron, so my actual in-chair time at JLS was minimal. They took our trade, gave a us a decent amount for it, and we walked out with the car we wanted with all of the features we wanted for the amount we wanted to pay. After some bad experiences with JLS' service department, Byron has helped to restore my confidence in the brand and the dealership.

Just one day before coming to John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, I went to a smaller dealership on Fulton Ave and was treated with such disrespect and the typical games that usually ensue, that I walked midstream because the deal I was quoted (as approved) magically turned into something much more expensive. So I was referred to John L. Sullivan Chevrolet and specifically Ryan. I fully explained to Ryan my challenged credit and was still treated with the same respect as someone with a credit score of 850. Also, the bottom line that I went in with was honored and my wife got the care she wanted without the typical hassles. I would very much recommend John L. Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville To everyone!

Make an appointment to have Amber as your service Rep. and have the service done by Troy, I trust him! He is honest, good and thorough at what he does. He didn't have the service shop take me for all I was worth, he told me what he found, and what was warranted still. To my complete amazment, there was more under warranty that I would have ever known to look into. I have a 2008 Saturn, I don't have a service/dealership I can call to verify things. Thank you two for knowing my husband and I work hard for our living too, and taking care of my car needs repectfully.

I just recently bought a Dodge Caliber from John L. Sullivan and the sales men that helped us with our special circumstances was awesome! He was truly trying to get us the best deal and so happy for us. I just took the car back for a lojack installation and scotch guard for the fabric in the car and a clear coat on the outside for dent guard in which was all included with the car. They even paid for a rental car for me for the day so that i could go into work. The service I received was excellent! Every one was very friendly and helpful. When I got my vehicle back it was beautiful inside and out! They detailed the inside with the works! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased with John L. and I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you !
