Great job!! I would strongly recommend Rob Matlock. I was highly impressed with Rob’s attention to detail and explanations. We purchased a large Sacramento home after a complete remodel including two additions that tripled the size of the home. 





Rob went over the pros and cons of the home and the remodeling work that went into it. He was able to answer all of our concerns. He took his time to explain every detail and noted it in his home inspection. The report came back as promised. It was very descriptive, with color photos and color coded text. He identified problems and issues that we brought to the attention of the contractor. We had Rob come back to the house a couple more times to verify repairs made by the contractor. While we did not have him do the pool inspection, Rob pointed out the lack of a pool heater and an older pump that an upgrade would pay for itself within a year. 





I am very glad we chose his company. Rob was always punctual and delivered his reports in a timely fashion. His insight and assistance was invaluable. I will highly recommend Rob to family and friends and anyone needing a home inspection.
