The owner is very friendly and willing to help you, his customer service isn't so great. After a week and a half of me calling and following, up my tile was never ordered and I had to reschedule my tile installer twice because of it.

There is a good selection of tile and flooring. I ordered my backsplash, granite and laminate flooring. The owner promised to give me the extra thick padding for free, and delivered the super thin one. Thank goodness he gave me an example of both so I could compare what was sent to what was promised. He replaced the padding the next day. It is worth a look if you are looking to redo your kitchen or bath on a budget.

Our contractor sent us there for tile. They have a good selection and were very helpful. The prices were good too. If there's something they don't have they are honest about their ability to get it in.

We chose the tile for our kitchen from the incredible stock selection available. Our order was ready on time and no glitches.

Limited supply but good prices. They advertise "always in stock" but that hasn't been my experience. A lot of there stock is similar, not a lot of variety. If you want basic you can get a good deal.

Ordered tile and did not order enough. Went back, paid for more and was promised tile on a certain date. Went to pick up and was told I did not order it and it would be another week. The owner was rude and very upset when I asked for my money back. Another company in town had the tile in stock and would be ready for my contractor to install the next day. Buyer beware if tile not actually in stock.

What an absolute joke. The posted hours on the door, answering machine and website say open at 9 am Mon-Fri. After waiting almost an hour the open light come on and door gets unlocked. Really? An hour late! OK, so I venture in and look around. The experience just kept getting worse. Dave checked his voicemails and read the Drudge report on his computer. No effort to help. I ignored the bad reports of this place and tried to shop the local guy. I will never go there again!

DO NOT GO! The guy Dave is a lazy jerk. He never comes out from behind the counter to help and when he does he is rude. I have been to many Tile Outlet's and this one is the Worst!
