The best reptile shop around!
I was so pleased with this shop. It's very clean and welcoming and they have a great selection of items and pets. As a mom who doesn't know much about reptiles, I needed some educating when my kids wanted a bearded dragon. The employees were awesome and got us exactly what we needed and we're happy to answer all the questions we had. Their prices are also great...you won't find crickets for less, anywhere else.
I won't go anywhere else and I always recommend this shop to anyone who mentions the need or want for reptiles and/or supplies. A+ from a very satisfied customer!

Everything you could want in an exotic pet store. Staff are unbelievable and so helpful. Very impressive selection and great knowledge of the animals. God all stores that sell pets should be like this one.

Never been to a place that cares so much about the Animals and Reptiles. The woman there is just amazing and takes her time with the customers and educates them and makes sure the animals and reptiles are going to a good home, not just any home. Clean and refreshing inside the store. Love it.

Went in the other day and say this poor little bunny. He was in a 20 Gallon fish tank, and the cage stacked on the top of it was practically covering all of the air supply, so there was no air circulating in the cage.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT FOR THIS ANIMAL.

List of Issues:

1) No Hay. A rabbits diet is 80% hay, and there want any in here.
2) No Airflow. Rabbits should not be in a glass cage since the glass obstructs airflow and limits oxygen.
3) Glass Floor of the Cage. The bunny should be on non-slip flooring, since the fur on their feet make it very hard to move on slippery surfaces.
4) Cage is to small. Bunnies need space to run around and play. This cage is WAY to small for this poor bunny.

So thankful call Great Lake about my grandson turtle,they moved cross country and wasn't able to take Ms Billie with them,I had no idea what to do everybody I called couldn't take her,I was heartbroken because she is innocent in all this and what will I do now,because I'm also moving cross country,Great Lake was my last number to call and thank God they agreeded to take her...so thankful😁!
