Her passion for Nutrition & Wellness lead her to become board certified as a Health and Wellness Coach though the national board of medical examiners. Jennifer is also a certified Nutritional Therapist, 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and a former CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Kids Coach. With over 12 years of clinical experience and a lifetime of personal application in weight Loss, nutrition & fitness, Jennifer has the tools to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
