        He hires 3rd party contractors and cut loose the project at that point you have to deal with the 3rd party contractors to get the work done. I have spent lot of time to get the work done and many follow ups

        Steve Montgomery did work on building a wall next to paved deck which collapsed a few years later. The original cost was $20,000. When we asked him to repair it with all intentions of paying for the damage repair, he said "he wasn't interested in such a small job." His attitude is deplorable.
