Just to set the record straight for John's benefit, wanted to write in and say that our company has utilized his services on multiple occasions over the past 12 mths, and we've always found him to be absolutely terrific to work with. John is passionate, helpful, and a true sales professional. If you are a small business in RI or MA and you are not using John's services, then really you should call him - as he will be able to help you increase your company sales quickly and efficiently. He takes great pride in helping small businesses be successful in sales, and for us he has always been extremely responsive. So just ignore the person who is posting a couple of negative comments and get on the phone and give John a call. Once you speak with him, if you are a business owner then you will quickly realize he is going to be able to help you.

I hired Mr. John Palumbo of Winning Edge Selling in 2012 for Sales Training. During our initial meeting John explained how his service worked and the fee structure. We were to have 1 30 minute phone conversation and 1 one hour face to face sales training per week for 6 months. Johns fee was $4500.



I agreed to the fee and gave John a check for the entire amount. John reached out to me the next day and we scheduled a time to meet for our first face to face sales training. I was extremely excited! John was very upbeat and positive, which instilled positive energy in me.



This went on for 4 weeks, 1 face to face 1 phone conversation. After the fourth week John would not answer my calls or schedule any visits with me.



I finally went to his office located at 1240 Pawtucket Ave in East Providence and spoke to john face to face. I asked him "what is going on"??? He replied I have been extremely busy I apologize lets set up a time to meet right now. I thought well let me give him another chance? Wow was a wrong!!!



The day of our face to face. I arrived at his office and the doors were locked. I kept calling John Palumbo no answer. I left him several messages.



I came hime sent him a email requesting my money back. John replied a few days later stating he does not want to work with me. Hmmmm.... Well you wanted to work with me when you cashed my $4500 check right???



I said not a problem send me my money back he refused!! I filed a complaint with the Department of Business Regulations, Attorney Generals Office and the East Providence Police.



John reached out to me offered to give me $1000 back because He spent about 6 hours training me !!!!!



John Palumbo is a thief, a con artist, can not be trusted! Stay away and do not deal with him or his company winning edge selling inc.
