Allstar Self Storage

I would never ever recommend this storage to anyone! My first bad experience with All Star Storage was when I was loading my things into the storage, I heard the on-site live-in manager Mr. Brad Jones screaming at the top of his lungs at his daughter in the lobby. He also was very rude and unprofessional to my friend about the use of the carts. Mr. Brad Jones told my friend not to use so many carts and leave some for the other customers. It wasn't so much on the fact of the amount of carts we were using but the tone and the way he presented it to my friend. The last and final bad experience was when my brother came to empty my storage for me and was to drive a rental truck all the way out to Texas for me. I had called in advance and explained the circumstances to Mrs. Laurajean Jones and it was understood. Apparently the owner of All Star Storage was present at the time of my brothers arrival and both the owner and Mr. Brad Jones were very rude and very unprofessional to my brother. Mind you my brother was on a tight schedule and has some back issues. Both the Manager and Owner were constantly harping on my brother to hurry up and that closing time was near. My brother also had a bunch of my things outside around the rental truck to be loaded after he was finished clearing out my storage but the staff told him he better do something with items around the truck or they were going to call the police. Also the staff complained to my brother about the auto trailer my brother rented along with the rental truck to haul a pickup truck. They told him they did not want it on their property during the time he was loading my things. All Star Storage has plenty of room and the trailer with the pickup truck was only there with my brother during loading. This is no way to run a storage business. I am very unhappy with the manor of this storage staff , it may be a very nice and clean facility but I rather do business with a staff who is professional and courteous and I wouldn't even mind paying more for storage but to be treated with disrespect when I'm the customer...All Star Storage sure don't want the business if they treat their customers this way. I am also going to make a report with the Better Business Bureau about my not so great experience with All Star Storage. My suggestion is to go rent elsewhere.

I moved a 17"inche truck of house hold items with two paid helpers. The staff was rude and impatience with my movers and myself. My movers worked for 4 hours moving items; and the staff at allstar storage were disrepectful loud and intolable in making the tranaction successful. I would not recommend anyone moving their personal items into this place do to the incompetent of the staff of lack of customer service customer care on hand...You know when your going thought a hard time in your life and your really needing things to go smoothly and you come across nasty people it really hurts.
