El Camino Mobile Home & RV Park

My husband and I have lived here for a few months now, and it is a great place to be! The manager and the owner are both amazing... extremely friendly, helpful to the extreme, and just generally nice guys.

Any time someone drives in the park in a car that they don't know, one of them come out to observe to make sure the person is supposed to be here, and not just someone looking for a good place to rob or whatever.

There are MANY security cameras watching EVERYTHING, so you don't have to worry about anything happening to your place, because someone will be watching, and will stop it before it happens.

The manager is there for you if you have a problem, even in the middle of the night. I called him at around midnight one night, when we were having a storm and a power cord came down, and he called me back in less than 5 minutes (more like 1 minute after I called).

We have never had any problems with the other tenants. Thus far they all seem quiet when it is appropriate (during the night and early morning hours), but nice and friendly if you want to chat.

There is a nice little laundry room with very reasonably priced machines. You can even buy snacks (snack machine type stuff -- candy bars, chips, etc.) in the main office!

The plots are nicely sized. We have a little bit of grass, with enough room to put a fence around for our pup, and for her to still have space to run around without having to step in her poop.

I could go on and on, but really, this is a great place to live, so if you are in an RV or 5th Wheel and need a place to park it for a while, I'd recommend giving this place a go!

We have lived in the park now for about 5 months. The location is close to the freeway, Arden Mall, and only a few minutes to downtown. The rules are the rules and everyone seems to abide by them. It really keeps order in the park and thus makes it a pleasure to live here. The Management is always available and will give you a quick and responsive solution to anything that may arise. We thoroughly enjoy being a part of this friendly tight nit community.

This is a clean-quiet-enjoyable park to Live in. The big plus it is dog friendly. Before moving here I looked at many RV/Moblie Parks. The biggest issue and draw back with other Parks was the size and breed of dog. Here at this Park there are many Breeds and sizes of Dogs and the parents walk them with leash daily. The tenants are friendly. The Owner and Manager are helpful and hands on when needed. This Park is safe and clean with all the amenities-laundry room-vending machines. Close to freeway and shopping...Highly recommend!!!

I have lived in this park for over 6 months on what was going to be very temporary. The neighborhood is so friendly and safe that I decided to stay. The owner is very open and available as is the management. It's very secure and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone that values these things. 5 of 5

I have been looking for a mobile home park that i could call home when I am in town. I am a wholesale distributor and I like to drive my 5th wheel to the different cities that I service.



I found the owner and manager both live on site. They showed me the security system they have in place and it is working all of the time.



While being showed around the park I had occasion to chat with a couple of tenants. They seemed happy here and gave the owner and managers both good reccomendations.



A few other things that I was looking for:

Easy freeway access.

A large mall just over the freeway.

WIFi access.

Laundry facilities

Park is kept clean

i've been here for over a year its a nice place 2 stay and everyone is friendly aaron &alex is really cool people its reasonable they keep out the riffraff everybody watches out for everyone thats kool

From the first day, the staff was very accommodating working out a fair rate for our intentions of a short visit and other special needs. We really enjoyed our stay, so much so that we ended up extending it to about 5 months and paying the normal rate, which is very reasonable.



It is very safe there because they have an excellent video security system that does not miss anything. Being a small park all the long time residents know everyone in the park they look out for each other and are very friendly to newcomers and short stay visitors. Some spaces have small storage units available.



They are minutes away from Downtown Sacramento and the Arden / Cal Expo area where I was working at the time. They are a great choice for California State Fair time. Our children and others would play for hours on the grassy strip on the south side of the RV Park. Senior residents enjoy quiet spaces on the north side.



The staff is constantly improving services and does repair broken equipment in the spaces. There was a laundry facility only at the time. We would walk over to the Entenmanns bakery outlet right next door for great deals on baked goods.



They get a complete recommendation especially for families. We will be staying there next time we visit Sacramento in our RV.

Having lived here for six months, I am happy with the park. It is a quiet, but friendly neighborhood. The lot rent is reasonable and the park is kept clean.

I would recommend the El Camino Mobile Home Park to anyone seeking a secure and well maintained environment for short- or long-term residence. I've lived here since 2006 and haven't experienced anything like 'dmexican72' alleges.



The Park is clean, secure, quiet, and well-maintained. My neighbors are friendly and polite. I checked out several parks before choosing this one and feel the rent and utilities are very reasonable and fair. Over the past couple of years that I've been here the Park has continuously improved with upgrades and the addition of wi-fi last year has been an added bonus--it's free.



The location works well for me--working downtown, I can be at work within ten minutes or less even during rush hour or in Roseville in 15 or 20 minutes. Living here has served my needs well.

I'm someone who has lived in this park for 2 and 1/2 years. I can tell you straight up that

this park is Safe,well maintained, and managed. Troublemakers and Drug dealers will NOT

last here long at all. The Owner of the park is very committed to the above statements. The

people who live here are all working adults who mind their own business,and are very respectful

of others who live in the park. The park is quiet, especially at night when the working people

who live here need it the most. While it's true that this park will not make it for it's Glamour,

it is a safe, well maintained,managed, and an economical place to live.
