Hillcrest Springs was founded in 2004 by John D Gilcrease. Within 4 years we have expanded from Lincoln to Stockton. This has made us the 2nd largest home & office water delivery company in Sacramento area. We have currently opened another branch in Roseville, CA to save fuel prices, so we are not forced to pass it along to our valued customers.
