Don't pay any attention to the "flat" rates to/from the airport. Our driver was from Kesh Cab. He was very friendly, but told us he had been told by Sac City Cab the ride was at a 20% discount, which amounted to the same as a "non-flat" fare. I don't know what kind of a "taxi" company SCC is, but it appears to be an "Uber" for drivers moonlighting from other cab companies. Skip SCC ... go straight to the real Uber for a reasonable rate.
