If I could give this company a -0 star rating, I would. In case you don't want to read all the details, let me sum it up for you --DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR EVER!!!! I contracted with Al-Limo back in February, 2015 (over 7 months before my daughters wedding). Like the rater before me at that time they had decent ratings, were reasonably priced and not only answered their phone, but returned phone calls as well. My daughter had very specific requests - she wanted a nice clean limo party bus with leather seats, real glasses, working lights and music hook-ups to an ipod. When I first talked to Greg, an owner of Al-Limo, he assured me he had a vehicle that fit our specifications.He even has a picture of it on his website. He even met me with the specific vehicle so I could take pictures of it and send it to my daughter for her approval. It had black leather sofa seats, real glasses, lights, music, the whole package, so after getting his assurance that we would have that specific vehicle and expressing numerous times in writing to him and Jessica, his assistant, how important it was -- I put down a deposit and felt confident he would follow-up with the vehicle I contracted for or something similar. Fast forward to the week before the wedding - I followed up with all vendors. Greg from Al-Limo was unreachable. He did not answer his phone or return voicemail messages. His assistant's mailbox was full. I tried for an entire week, nothing. Finally my husband had to sit on their parking lot for over two hours to wait for a driver to appear who was then able to have Greg call us. Greg assured me, everything was set and the limo bus would be at the hotel to pick us up. Day of the wedding, a filthy dirty transport bus shows up to pick us up at the hotel. A small tv set hung from the bracket on the ceiling dangling from wires, green and yellow lights worked only on one side of the bus and only when we hit a pothole. The back seats literally lifted up every time we hit a bump. The driver, although a genuinely nice man, was not a professional driver. He introduced himself as a hairstylist and make-up artist, he did not know his way around town and we were 30 minutes late getting to the church (a bridesmaid had to use her GPS to get him there) he was not dressed professionally and could barely handle the vehicle often stopping in mid-intersection to park. It took all his upper body strength to hold the vehicle on the road when he drove. He also got lost on his way to pictures and did not come back on time to take the bride and groom back to their hotel at the end of the night -my husband drove them. I felt sorry for the driver, he tried and he showed up. But, honestly that was the only positive in this situation. Greg has not called to apologize, make ammends or even negotiate a different rate. He did however find time to charge my credit card without my approval for an amount way above the services I received. NEVER AGAIN.
