Central Bank Of St. Louis

This bank is sloppy. I've had numerous times when they were supposed to transfer money and didn't. I have had a post-dated check honored and then hit with an overdraft fee they refused to reimburse.



Maybe back in 2010 (when the other review was written) they were great, but they're garbage now.

I and my husband have been banking here for a year or so. They are friendly and nice to the point that they know my family by name ( thats before I hand them money lol). I am also very poor so I know it's just because they really do care about any customers that they have. It's a good old time feeling that you get walking into this bank as for personalness ( it's a new building). I am also young so they do go out of there way to make you feel like it is more a friend relationship than a bank. I would recommend this bank to all who like the feeling of stepping back in time and knowing the people and staff of there establishments that they deal with.
