Worst post office to deal with is the St Charles post office. They don't answer the phones (to busy) as they say to you when you go down there. Lost 2 packages on us last Christmas and didn't want to help. Now they can't find a return receipt letter that was sent to us. The postman never rang on our door to let us sign for the letter so it was missed and now the post office can't find it. Unfortunately people still use the US mail service which still keeps them in business. We don't send anything through US mail anymore and neither dose my family.

Very very rude customer service. The very hateful lady talked over me the entire call and refused to listen to what I was saying. When I gave her a tracking number, 2 numbers in to it she cuts me off, tells me that's an incorrect number and proceeds to hang up on me. If there was somewhere else I could do my postal business I would.
