Yellow Cab

I've been a regular customer of St Cloud Yellow Cab for years. 90% of the time I've had 5-star service. The only hassles I've ever had were when everybody in the St Cloud Metro needs a cab at the SAME TIME, like snowstorms and rush hour. Even then they were just late, not rude or incompetent, and the dispatchers I know make every effort to get things sorted out: their jobs depend on it.

The dispatch are so unfriendly and can hang-up on you anytime they do something wrong and don't want to admit they messed up your cab appointment. I booked a cab 30 minutes ahead and the dispatch confirmed it.

30 minutes later I called to check on my cab and the same dispatcher answered and said that I won't get the cab for another 30 minutes.

I asked Why? She said that they had some client call after my call and they were ready to be picked up so they put me off for another 30 minutes (meaning an hour from the time I called). Moreover, the dispatcher said that she had customers waiting on the line and it was me who was holding up the lines. I told her that I should be at a higher priority because they messed my appt. up; she hung the phone in my face.



If you want to be treated bad and insulted, go for Yellow Cab.

The drivers I have had are all friendly and personable. I take yellow cab everynight to work, they are always there when I ask, and they are always friendly. I haven't tried any other cab companies but with this one so awesome why should I even want to switch.
