Sandwich steaks and whole chickens top of the line!! My go to for high quality!

Have been purchasing meat from Salchert's for close to 20 years. Have never been disappointed. From the quality of the meat to the service they provide. Always willing to cut to your desire, or adjust order as you like it. In fact the meat is so good, I seldom order steaks when out because it just can't compare. Cost wise, you just can't beat it. In the end we spend roughly $100 a month for meat when we purchase in quantity from salcherts. Compared to the crap you get in stores, and what you pay there is NO comparison to local stores. The burger is top notch, little fat burn off, nice and lean.
Treating people the way you want to be treated. People that you can trust. No worries on what's being recalled from the chain stores. All local, it's a great feeling to support your local farmers, but yet you get the best end, some outstanding meat!!!

Top notch for butchering and processing. It's no wonder there's a waiting list!
