Hands On Premium Car Wash

3 out of 5 times the car is still dirty in spots after the wash. The owner Ed Miller has a poor attitude and acts like its a bother to listen to you make a valid complaint. On top of that the brother owners Doug and Ed Miller are under criminal indictment in Federal Court for insider trading, money laundering. They have a jury trial scheduled for July 2018. No wonder Ed is such an ass, he may go to prison soon. Hey didn't the drug dealer in Breaking Bad buy a car wash to launder drug money?

Worst car wash I have ever been to. We pay a good amount for car wash I at least want to See inside car wiped down. The only thing they wipe is the top of dashboard. In that case I would of took it the three dollar car wash.

WORST business award! They scratched our car after running it through 2 times because it wasn't clean. The owner laughed and walked away from us. Said our car was so dirty we wouldn't have noticed and told us to leave. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I will not go anywhere else to get my car detailed. This place is amazing and the staff is VERY friendly. My dog went number 2 all over my suv and they made it seem (and smell) like it never happened!!! They did an amazing job detailing my vehicle!

They just lost long time customers. Show up 6 minutes BEFORE they close with only one car in line and they turn you away. Shouldn't they take cars until they close? Never had and good customer experience with the owner either. Just take my money and walk away like we are bothering him and his phone call or game on his phone.

Rude service actually hung up trying to call and verify hours. When I got there 30 mins before they closed I was told they were only doing the outside of vehicles. I won't be back I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Best car wash for the money. Have discount deals on tickets all the time. Owners are friendley and rest assured there is no worry about cars being damaged. Cars are hand washed and detailing is available.

My husband and I moved to the area recently and were disappointed in the lack of a good, no machine based car wash (after a VERY bad experience with car damage at a well known Schererville car was on route 41). And then Hands On opened. This is a great car wash. You can feel comfortable that your car will not be damaged as it's all done by hand, and your car even looks better in comparision to the machine car washes. The owners are great and they always want to make sure the customers are happy. I would highly recommend trying this car wash.
