        Carondelet Yoga Center aims to share yoga with new and advanced yogis and anyone in between. We want to help yoga practitioners explore and find their own unique yoga path. Anyone willing to give it a try can practice yoga. It’s said too many times that “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” or “yoga is too difficult”. If you can sit still and breathe, you can do yoga. Movement, strength, and flexibility are simply byproducts of yoga, not the goal of yoga. Yoga is a journey we all start as beginners.
