This place is absolutely horrible! I would not even send my worst enemy here. These people prance around in dress appareal and they barely make minimum and barely any commission. This company is a joke. My fiance and I decided to cancel a layaway that we had for our bridal set, cancelled back in March. Purchased it on Debit and was informed because the bank issued my fiance a new card they would send a corporate ck but here it is the middle of April and we still do not have it. When I contacted this location to inquire as to why we had not got it all I got from the gentleman was it should've been there. Let me track it and call you back. Well that never happened. I called today and talked to a clueless female that had to place me on hold several times to get the answers to my questions from someone else, comes back on the line and tells me that the gentleman tracked it and couldn't find it. WHAT was it not sent, She replies "oh, it probably got lost in the mail" Yea, sure it did, and why did he never CALL me back and tell me that, instead of me sitting here cluelessly checking the checkless mail box. Now I am informed that I need to come in the store and sign an affadavit and have another one issued. Why so I can wait another 10-500 days and never get it. YUP sure thing. Total waste of time store. Horrible customer service, awful selection and completely overpriced. Stay away ST.LOUIS!
