Starbucks Coffee

I have had about 6 or 7 visits to this location now that I have left disappointed and/or frustrated. When they first opened, service and products were very good. Now, when Starbucks first opened and they had well trained staff it was great. Since then, young ill-trained kids have been taking over as "lead baristas''. Pink lemonade means I would like pink lemonade not strawberry tea; hot chocolate gets whip cream; frapps get ice and toppings do matter when you spend so much on coffee. I was even told "well, as long as it taste good that is all that matters right?" Very disappointed in Kroger for not taking time to properly train staff.
