I set out to find the perfect diamond for my proposal and I researched many sites and online reviews. Throughout my searches, both Arthur's and a particular employee there, were named and recommended. So, I tried out the advice. I went in and asked for Jeremiah, he was with a guest so I opted to wait for him. The gentlemen who greeted me was very nice and offered me a Coke in a crystal chalice. After about fifteen minutes Jeremiah finished with his client and came over and greeted me warmly. He then proceeded to impress me and that is why I am taking the time to write.

Over the the next few hours he tied together everything that I had read online and heard in stores. He filled in all the blanks, sorted out all the mis-truths and half truths I was wrestling with and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. By far the most well-rounded and knowledgeable of the sales associates I had worked with. Knowing that my girlfriend was particular, I had visited the best of the stores available: Wixon, Tiffany's and R.F. Moeller (do not confuse Shane Co., Wedding Day or Jared's as being good stores, they do not compare if you want the top quality).

While I liked the diamonds at Tiffany's (and obviously the name), I ended up with a much bigger diamond, sparkle that I could trust and the certification that I most felt most comfortable with (AGS). Even with the bigger diamond I saved about $18,000 versus RF or Tiffany's on the ring I selected.

I could not be more happy with the service, the ring or the diamond. I found the expertise I was looking for and simply felt more comfortable with Jeremiah. So, visit Arthur's and ask for him, he's worth the wait if you want the best.

I had been debating between tacori and verragio and the only store we could find that had both rings was arthurs. I went twice with my fiance and had a great time on both visits. On my first visit I went by myself, I worked with jeremiah, he was fun and showed me tons of differences between the two rings. On my second trip we worked with him again and he sat down with me and my fiance and explained all the differences in diamonds. My fiance was really impressed with how much he learned and we laughed alot; the best visit we had at any jewelery store.

Six weeks later and I am now wearing a knock-out tacori ring that I have not stopped looking at, I have gotten tons of compliments on it already and I haven't even had a week yet. We have two freinds looking at rings right now and we both virtually insisted that they go to arthur's. I told them to ask for Jeremiah, ask questions and have fun. My fiance and I were amazed by how much more relaxed it was and that it was fun even. I completely recommend this store, I LOVE MY RING!
