        General Info
        We focus on semi/private personal training. Each client receives a personal consultation to determine what the best fit is for. We also have a Physical Therapist for those who are injured or recovering from injuries. We offer small-group classes in Pilates Apparatus, Pilates Matwork and TRX Suspension Training. We also offer Group Fitness Classes focussed primarily on core work. We will even create a custom class for groups of 3 or 4.
